This is our manifolds production workshop, this workshop is mainly designed as per metallurgic standard , the raw material of a block mainly C45 steel forging material. From the selection of the raw material to machining, washing, testing, anti-corrosion, anti-rust, zinc nickel plating(240 hours salt spray testing), all conforms to metallurgy and construction machines standard.
We conduct UT testing to check the inner cracks of the blocks, to make sure each piece of blocks are qualified and inner cracks are not allowed. Also we check outer cracks too. Inspection percentage is 100%.
This workshop contains 20 CNC machines to ensure our production capacity, the grinding machines will process the cleanliness of the surface of the blocks. The deburring process will be conducted by endoscopes and make sure there are no burs, 100% tested also.
