As for springs, we asked our supplier for a strict solution of stable raw materials and heat treatment technology. We conduct 10 million times fatigue testing of springs whose force from 20N to 5000N, to make sure these springs can meet any working conditions fatigue strength.
As for solenoids, our supplier is topnotch in China, and we inspected and verified strictly about the raw material of coils, temperature raise, pushing force, power, resistance etc.
As for seals, we inspected the quality each batch, items including hardness, dimensions, high and low temperature simulation test etc.
Above measurements ensured the quality of the hydraulic valves key parts.
