Basic processing technology of the valve core: Turning – Heat treatment – Grinding Domestic materials have uneven quality and poor consistency, making it difficult to control the depth of carburization and deformation after heat treatment. Therefore, the valve core materials for most competing hydraulic products are imported, which is one of the reasons for high costs. In addition, the material of the valve body blank (cast iron grade HT250) with a hardness range between HB185-225 is qualified, but we require a hardness not lower than HB200, and the difference in hardness on the same surface cannot exceed 10 degrees, ensuring the wear resistance of the product and the consistency of material hardness.
